These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Death Bloom Coffee Roasters website and any purchases you make through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Death Bloom Coffee Roasters, LLC ("Death Bloom," "we," "us," "our") is a specialty coffee roaster headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its servers.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We roast to order in small batches — listed roast dates and ship times are estimates. We will notify you if a product is unavailable or if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and we will notify you before charging a corrected amount.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the total amount. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Death Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Death Bloom passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product roasted fresh to order, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a quality defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at deathbloomcoffeeroasters@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either by reshipping or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at deathbloomcoffeeroasters@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Death Bloom name, logos, wordmark, photography, copy, and design — is the property of Death Bloom Coffee Roasters, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Death Bloom Coffee Roasters, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
